Terms of services

Using the results of advisory services in the form of forecasts of sporting events does not guarantee a profit by the Customer through the use of these forecasts.
Provide information to the Customer by the Contractor in the form of the forecast is a subjective point of view of the authors of the forecast, the forecast may not coincide with the actual final result of a sporting event.
Projections appear on the website as they are made before the start of the sporting event. The conclusion of this Treaty does not guarantee receipt of the customer daily forecasts.
Making the acceptance of this offer, the customer confirms that he is familiar with the position of the risks placed on this site, and agree that the Contractor is not responsible for the Customer's losses and in no way compensates for them not to.
The customer has no right to publish and distribute online information received from the Executive, as well as use it for commercial purposes.

Cost of services and payment procedure.

Service delivery is carried out in full on the condition 100% customer payment. Payments made on this website with the help of electronic payment systems (sprypay).
The service cost can vary. Changes in the value of services shall come into force upon publication of a new price list.

In the case of inaccuracy of the prediction, the money paid for this prediction, will not be returned to the Customer.
In the case of customer refusal to receive service paid in full, the money paid for these services will not be returned to the Customer.

Customer makes Offer acceptance by pre-payment for the services in respect of which the Contract is concluded.

Any information about the customer, which is received by Contractor, is used solely for the purpose of providing services and improving their quality, as well as to make the prediction sporting events service easier and more convenient to use.
Making the Offer acceptance, the Customer agrees that the Contractor is entitled to send the information, including advertising, using e-mail messages. The customer has the right to opt out of receiving such information by sending an e-mail to the Contractor in the e-mail address of the Contractor.
Contractor ensures the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the Customer information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, and other illegal actions by third parties.

An offer becomes effective upon posting on the Internet and is valid until the withdrawal of the Offer by the Contractor.
The Contractor reserves the right to amend in the Offer or withdraw the Offer at any time in its sole discretion. In the event of a change in the Offer by Contractor, such changes will become effective upon posting of the amended text on the Internet, unless otherwise such changes come into effect is not defined further.

The Agreement shall come into force on the date of the Customer's registration in the system and shall be effective until the termination of the Agreement.
Customer acknowledges and agrees that changes to the Offer entails the introduction of these changes in the concluded treaty force between the Customer and the Contractor and the changes to the Agreement shall enter into force simultaneously with such changes in the Offer.

The Agreement may be terminated:

By agreement of the Parties at any time.
On the initiative of any of the Parties in the event of a breach of the Contract by the other Party by written notice to the other Party.

By agreeing to the terms and accepting terms of this Offer by acceptance of an offer, the customer confirms the Contractor and ensures that the customer:
- fully acquainted with the Offer terms
- fully understands the subject of the Offer and the Agreement
- fully understands the meaning and consequences of their actions in relation to the conclusion and execution of the Contract.
